Sales by Day of Week/Hour of Day

These two reports are used to see a breakdown of which are your busiest days and times that customers shop at your store.

This is particularly useful for merchants who run a Point of Sale (POS) location, as they need to plan their staffing and other logistical considerations.

However, you can use this report for all of your Sales Channels by simply deleting the filter (via the 'x' at the top)

From this report, you can see the total key sales figures (Orders, Gross/Net/Total Sales, etc) for the Last 30 days with a breakdown by Day/Hour.

Here is what you need to be familiar with to understand Sales by Hour of Day/Day of Week:

**1.) Created at:**The day or hour whenthe customer was using when they placed an order at your store.
