Premium Report - Orders Per Customer
Orders Per Customer
This report is for merchants who are looking to see how many customers have placed 1, 2, 3 (etc) orders at their store.
Using this report, you can see total number and % of customers who have placed X number of orders at your store. You can also see their average total spent and the average number of days (lifespan) between their first and last order.
You can find this report under Customers in the left-hand menu.
Here is what you need to be familiar with to understand the Orders Per Customer report:
**1.) Orders, greater than, 0 (FILTER):**This filter ensures that only customers who have placed an order at your store count towards the total. It's best to leave this alone.
**2.) Orders:**The number of Orders placed by this group of customers.
**3.)****Customers:**The number of customers for each of those rows.
**4.)****Customers (% Total):**The percentage of the total number of customers that this row represents.
**5.) Total Spent (avg):**The average total spent for each of those customers. The more orders customers have placed at the store, the more (generally) you would expect this average to go up.
**6.) Lifespan (Days) (avg):**The average length between the First Order Date and Last Order Date for each of the customers in that row. Lifespan is always 0 for customers who have only placed one order (as their first and last order date is the same).
Like all Report Toaster reports, these reports are fully customizable - so you can add/remove columns, introduce a filter or change the sort to suit your individual needs. See our basic guides here for more info.
